To become a member of Aussie Gay Cafe you must read and accept the terms and conditions below. By registering and participating in Aussie Gay Cafe you agree to abide by all the following statements:

I verify that I am at least 18 years old,

I will treat email and other information as private and will not forward them without permission of the originator of the information,

I will not harass others or use any vulgar, racist or otherwise offensive language in email message sent to other Aussie Gay Cafe members or any other area of the service (like chat or discussion panels),

I will not include in my profile any anatomical or sexual references, sexually suggestive language or unethical requests,

I am totally responsible for my personal profile that can be viewed by all Aussie Gay Cafe members and account deactivation when not required,

I will not post any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL’s and email addresses in my profile,

I will not use any service provided by Aussie Gay Cafe to libel, defame, slander any person or infringe the privacy and property rights of any person,

I understand that Aussie Gay Cafe reserves the right to edit or refuse photo submission and anything in common access areas that they deem as unfit to be seen on this service,

I understand that Aussie Gay Cafe accepts no responsibility as to the true likeness of the photo submission,

I agree not to use this service for any advertising purposes,

I understand that Aussie Gay Cafe accepts no responsibility for any messages sent to me by other members and cannot guarantee total security for Internet use,

I agree that I am solely responsible for all on-line charges from my access and telephone providers,

I understand that Aussie Gay Cafe can not guarantee to find me a partner, I use this service totally upon my own will and all payments to Aussie Gay Cafe are not refundable,

I understand that Aussie Gay Cafe is not responsible for any breakdown of services, viruses or online services problems that may arise whilst using this service,

I understand that Aussie Gay Cafe reserves the right to terminate service without notice to me if I fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions or rules of Aussie Gay Cafe,

Please note that you CAN NOT register with Aussie Gay Cafe without accepting these Terms and Conditions.
